With a Circuit System with Remote Control function, users can use a computer to monitor the operation of plant equipment. It adopts double photocell for the paper straw length tracking e.g. this means when the straw reaches their length set by you, it gets cut off automatically. Double side glue coating devices make the paper straw more sticky and stronger. Single disc cutter is used in cutting the paper core with high precision and less wastage.

VF-600 Paper Straw Making Machine has a new structure of cutting cylinder with 8 cutting-knife systems. With this machine you can easily adjust the air cylinder up and down to make paper straws of different diameter.It has also got 5 sets servo motors for spiralling roller, cutting system moving left & right, supporting roller and cutting knives. This machine also has 3 layers of Paper Roll Hanging Bracket.
